In this episode, we meet James Douglas QC, a former Queensland Supreme Court judge from 2003 to 2020 and a prominent barrister before that.

James has law degrees from Queensland University and Cambridge. he was admitted to the Queensland Bar in 1973 and took silk in 1989. 

James has spent the last three years as a commissioner on the Royal Commission into Defence and veteran suicide.
